Audio sent as a file now gets transcribed
The assistant transcribes audio that arrives as a file, like the ones WhatsApp Business sends, in mp3, m4a, ogg, opus and other formats.
Improvements
- WhatsApp Business often sends audio as a file, even when it's an mp3. The assistant only transcribed audio recorded in the chat and skipped these files. Now it transcribes both.
- This covers the common formats: mp3, m4a, ogg, opus, wav and flac. Videos sent as a file are transcribed too.
- Other files, like a PDF or a spreadsheet, still get no reply.
