Official WhatsApp connection

• When you add a device you can now pick Meta Coexistence. Your number connects through Meta's official connection and you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone at the same time.
• Transcriptions work the same way, now over the official connection. The QR Code connection is still there if you prefer it.
• One number can have both connections on at once. Transcription stays on the official one, and the QR Code connection is there only for calls, which only work through it. On the device screen each connection shows its own status, and you can turn one off without touching the other.
