Support picks up where you left off after you confirm your identity

After you sign in through the verification link, WhatsApp support carries on with what you asked, without making you ask again.

Improvements

When WhatsApp support needs to confirm who you are, it sends you a link. Before, after signing in you had to send your question again. Now the conversation picks up on its own from what you had already asked.
