Pause transcriptions from the chat

Send /stop in a conversation to pause automatic transcriptions for that contact, and /start to bring them back.

You can now pause automatic transcriptions for a conversation without leaving WhatsApp. Send /stop and we stop transcribing that contact. Send /start to resume. Either side can do it.
When you pause, you choose between ignoring the contact entirely or keeping their audios transcribed privately, just for you. The choice is per device.
Every transcription now reminds people about these commands on the first message and every tenth, so the option is easy to find.
